Discover Franklin Park Conservatory: Family Fun Awaits

I love visiting the Franklin Park Conservatory! They have something for the whole family. As a mom, I am always looking for fun ways to keep my kids exploring and learning new things- but somewhere I enjoy too!

For the wanderers, stroll along the walking paths throughout the gardens and exhibitions and enjoys the beautiful scenes. Vibrate greens, pinks, and reds can’t help but put you in a relaxed mood.

Along your journey, discover the Hot Shop and Glassblowing, the Botanica Gift Shop, and Garden Cafe.

For the girls night, check out the classes they offer! Culinary arts, gardening and 21+ and older painting classes are offered year round.

For the parents, the Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation Children’s Garden is a great place for all kiddos to explore. The garden is open year round, with water features in the summer. Entry is included with admissions.

The Sunrise Lawn, Canopy Walk and Nature Play Zone are my kids favorite! Ample space to burn off some energy and explore.

If you are looking for something throughout the week, there are several educational programs offered, such as Garden Club on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 AM, where kids learn to nurture their green thumbs and Story Time on Tuesday morning at 10:30 AM.

If that wasn’t already enough, the Franklin Park Conservatory offers summer camps, from ages three to eight, with a variety of schedule and times. Check out registration information on their site!

Mark your calendars, because the Franklin Park Conservatory hosts fun events all year long. My favorite is Pumpkin Aglow! This is a true Columbus halloween and fall favorite for many.

Explore along the parks paths and experience the incredible pumpkin light show. With over 700 hand carved pumpkins!

This really is a Columbus favorite and I hope you enjoy as much as we do!
